MEMORY GAME X MUSINOTE: MUSIC AS THE LANGUAGE OF EMOTIONS

MEMORY GAME X MUSINOTE: MUSIC AS THE LANGUAGE OF EMOTIONS

Music takes us to another planet, and for some, that planet is MusiNote: the project of musician Dora Filippone, a teacher at the Conservatory of Turin and founder of the association Guitare Actuelle in Turin.
A new way of understanding music from both an educational and sociological perspective, MusiNote is dedicated to children aged 5 and above, aiming to promote musical language through unconventional methods: editorial activities, board games, shows, and playful educational workshops. Thanks to the contribution of MyFamily Foundation, there is also the Memory game among these, dedicated to learning musical notes on the staff.
The game, with illustrations by Cecilia Arata and produced in 10,000 copies in the workshops of MyFamily Srl and MyFamily Foundation, has been donated to numerous pediatric healthcare facilities nationwide to promote a light-hearted understanding of the language of emotions.

“Music is not a universal language, as is erroneously stated. It is closely connected to the society in which it develops, the use each people make of it, and the emotional value it holds within each culture.”
Dora Filippone
